Getting Started
Free Discovery Call — $0
A 15-minute call with Dr. Milani. No cost and no card. We talk about your health and decide together if we are a good fit.
New Patient Visit — $275
This visit runs 1.5 to 3 hours. We go through your full history, your labs, and your goals. You leave with a plan. Most clinics give you 15 minutes. We give you the time it takes.
Membership
$350 per month
Some patients need fewer check-ins and pay as little as $200 per month. We set your rate based on how much support you need.
Your membership includes:
- Unlimited visits and check-ins at no extra cost
- Same-day appointments when you need them
- Unlimited portal messages, usually answered within the hour
- Lower cash prices on blood work, often less than a typical insurance copay
- Up to 20% off supplements
- 20% off every aesthetics procedure
When you message us, a licensed clinician answers, not a health coach.
Aesthetics Pricing
These treatments are done in person at our office at 1717 W. Garland Ave in Spokane. Members get 20% off.
NeoGen PSR
$500 for a small area at low energy, up to $3,500 for a large area at high energy. Your price depends on the area treated and the energy level, which we set with you at your consultation.
CellSound
$550 per session, or $3,000 for a package of six sessions. Each session runs about 40 minutes and includes both sides of the treated area.
Common Questions About Cost
Do you take insurance? We do not bill insurance for visits or membership. That is what lets us spend real time with you instead of working around what a plan will cover. Blood work and prescriptions are different: we can send your blood work and any prescriptions through your insurance, and what it covers depends on your plan. If you would rather not use insurance, we will give you our cash price. Many patients also use an HSA or FSA card.
Why is there a monthly fee? Root-cause care is not a one-time visit. It takes testing, adjusting, and regular check-ins over months. The membership covers all of that for one price, so you are never deciding whether a question is worth another bill.
Is blood work included? Blood work is billed separately. You can run it through your insurance, or pay our cash price, which is often lower than a typical copay. Members pay less. We tell you the cost before we order anything.
Are supplements included? No, supplements are ordered separately through our online dispensary. Members save up to 20%.
Can I try it before committing? Yes. Start with the free 15-minute call. There is no cost and no obligation, and if we are not the right fit we will tell you.
