How it works: 12 months, 4 steps
- Test (month 1). A 90-minute first visit and advanced testing: hormones, gut, food sensitivity, oxidative stress, genes, biological age, and a mineral screening scan.
- Balance (months 2 to 3). Your written plan. Hormone therapy if it's right for you, plus sleep, food and movement.
- Protect (months 4 to 9). Check-ins at 90 days, 6 months and 9 months. Heart and bone health.
- Maintain (months 10 to 12). Repeat key tests and get your year-end report, comparing where you started with where you are now.

- We don't rush you through a 7-minute visit. You get unlimited visits for 12 months.
- We don't leave you on your own between visits. We check in and answer your messages.
- We don't promise overnight results. We show you your progress with repeat testing.

$10,000 paid in full, or 12 monthly payments of $1,000. Worth about $14,000 if bought separately.
Already did our $749 hormone test? It counts toward the Complete Year if you join within 30 days. After year one, you can stay on from $350 a month and cancel any time.
The Complete Year is not billed to insurance. HSA and FSA cards are welcome.
