Meet Your Clinicians
Dr. Milani leads your functional medicine and hormone care. He is board-certified in anti-aging medicine (ABAAHP) and advanced hormone therapy (ABHRT). He is certified in longevity and functional medicine, completed a fellowship in adult and pediatric functional psychiatry, and is trained in heart attack and stroke prevention. Dr. Clark specializes in aesthetics, including NeoGen PSR and CellSound. We see patients by telehealth across Washington and Idaho. Aesthetics and procedures are done in person at our Garland Avenue office in Spokane. When you message us, a licensed clinician answers, not a health coach. Many clinics hand you off to coaches with no clinical training. Here, you always talk to a clinician who can read your labs and change your plan.

First visit: $275. It runs 1.5 to 3 hours.
Membership: $350 per month. Patients who need fewer check-ins may pay as little as $200 per month.
Members get 20% off all aesthetics procedures.
We do not bill insurance for visits or membership. Blood work and prescriptions can still go through your insurance. Other clinics charge tens of thousands of dollars up front for this level of care. Our membership covers a broad range of services for one monthly fee.

What training do your clinicians have?
Drs. Milani and Clark are trained in anti-aging, longevity, functional, and regenerative medicine. Their focus areas are root-cause medicine, chronic disease prevention and care, and hormone health. They also practice functional psychiatry for adults and children. They treat the whole person.
What testing do you offer?
We offer standard blood panels and specialty functional medicine tests. This gives us a fuller picture of your health.
Do you take insurance?
Not for visits or membership. Insurance pays for short, high-volume visits, and that makes it hard to give the care we believe in. Opting out lets us keep visits long and stay in touch between them. Blood work and prescriptions are different — those can go through your insurance, or you can pay our cash price, which is often lower than a copay.
What does care cost?
A new patient visit is $275 and runs 1.5 to 3 hours. Membership is $350 per month. Pricing reflects how much support you need. Some patients pay as little as $200 per month.
What does membership include?
Unlimited doctor visits and check-ins at no extra cost. Same-day appointments when you need them. Unlimited portal messages, usually answered within the hour. Members also get discounts on supplements. They get 20% off aesthetics procedures. They get lower cash prices on lab work. Lab prices are often lower than a typical insurance copay.
Can this replace my primary care?
We suggest keeping a primary care doctor. Still, many of our patients use us in place of traditional primary care.
