What the test measures

  • Telomere length: the protective caps on your DNA
  • Immune cells: the mix of immune cells in your blood
  • More than 180 health markers: nutrients, blood sugar, energy, heart health, stress, brain health and toxin exposure

The test reads tiny tags on your DNA that change with age and with the way you live. These tags are called methylation.
