Most clinics keep their pricing behind a phone call. We would rather you see the numbers first and decide whether this model actually fits your life.
Start With a Free Call
Your first step costs nothing. A free 15-minute discovery call to talk through your symptoms and find out whether we are the right fit. No card, no obligation.
If we are not the right clinic for what you need, we will say so on that call.
New Patient Visit: $275
If you decide to move forward, the comprehensive intake visit is $275. That visit runs 1.5 to 3 hours, because a real history takes time.
We go through your symptom timeline, your past labs, your medications, your sleep, your stress, and everything that has already been tried. Most clinics give you 15 minutes. We give you the time it takes.
Membership: $350 a Month
Membership is $350 per month. Some patients need fewer check-ins and pay as little as $200 per month. We set your rate based on how much support you actually need.
That flat fee covers the relationship, not a fixed number of appointments. It includes:
- Unlimited visits and check-ins at no extra cost
- Same-day appointments when you need them
- Unlimited portal messages, usually answered within the hour
- Lower cash prices on lab work
- Up to 20 percent off supplements
- 20 percent off every aesthetics procedure

Why a Monthly Fee at All?
Root-cause care is not a one-time visit. It takes testing, adjusting, and regular check-ins over months.
The membership covers all of that for one price, so you are never deciding whether a question is worth another bill. That decision is what keeps people from asking the question that would have changed their plan.
Lab Work Is Billed Separately
Labs are not included in membership. They are billed at our cash price, and members pay less. We tell you the cost before we order anything.
Our cash prices are often lower than a typical insurance copay. We can also send your blood work through your insurance if you prefer, and what it covers depends on your plan.
What About Insurance?
We do not bill insurance for visits or membership. That is the trade that buys back the time. Working around what a plan will cover is what produced the seven-minute appointment in the first place.
Blood work and prescriptions are different. Those can go through your insurance. Many patients also use an HSA or FSA card for visits and membership.
Prescriptions and Supplements
Prescriptions go to your pharmacy and are billed by that pharmacy, not by us. Many of the medications we use are inexpensive generics.
Supplements are ordered separately through our online dispensary, with member pricing. We recommend supplements when they will help, and we will tell you when one is not worth your money.
What a First Year Looks Like
To make it concrete: a free call, then $275 for your first visit, then $350 a month if you continue, plus lab work at cash prices. Nothing else is required.
Many patients find the total is comparable to what they were already spending on copays, specialist visits, and treatments that were not working.
Can You Cancel?
Yes. Call or text 509-720-6314 and we will take care of it. There is no long contract and no cancellation fee.
We think you should stay because the care is worth it, not because you are locked in.
How This Compares
People often ask how this stacks up against conventional care. It is a fair question, and the honest answer depends on what you are currently spending.
If you see two or three specialists a year with copays, pay for medications that have not solved the problem, and have bought supplements on your own, the gap is often smaller than expected. If you rarely use medical care and feel well, this model will cost you more than what you do now.
Who Should Not Sign Up
We would rather say this plainly than take your money. This model is a poor fit if you need care your insurance already covers well, if you want a single visit and a prescription rather than an ongoing process, or if the monthly fee would be a genuine strain on your budget.
Good care you cannot sustain for six months is not good care. We will tell you on the free call if we think that is the case.
